  • Property Ownership
    • All lots are purchased and deeded property.
    • The Park is governed by a Home Owners Association (HOA)
    • LMRVR allows park model units, motor homes, travel trailers with a maximum of 500 sq. ft.
    • HOA dues are due by the first of each month and are late after the 10th.
    • HOA dues cover water, sewage, garbage, yard service, maintenance, repairs, and a full-time attendant.
    • Rental of personal property is not permitted.
